LOTOS Group

Human rights in the value chain

At every stage of the supply chain, there are people who create, transport or sell the product.

The LOTOS Group respects human rights and therefore cooperates only with companies which operate legally, conducting business activities in an environment with a legal system governing human rights issues in place.

The counterparties of the LOTOS Group are obliged to comply with a generally accepted system of values, respect their employees and treat them with dignity. These rules make it possible to create an ethical supply chain.

The LOTOS Group strives to ensure that all requests for proposals as part of the contractor selection process and agreements concluded with both new and existing suppliers include clauses on corporate social responsibility (CSR), OHS, principles and standards of conduct, ethics, lack of conflicts of interest, countering corruption, environmental protection, respect for human rights and social impact. Use of clauses in agreements signed by the LOTOS Group companies is obligatory.
