We believe that highly qualified, motivated and committed staff is of value for the organisation as a whole, increases its efficiency and ensures competitive advantage. In order to win the best candidates from the market and take care of the workforce, we have developed an HR policy that governs recruitment processes and workforce management.

High standards are also very important at the recruitment stage — thanks to transparent rules, LOTOS gets the best candidates from the market (the Grupa LOTOS is a member of the Coalition for friendly Recruitment).

New hires are subject to by the adaptation programme, Support at start, which helps them to understand the company’s values and organisational culture under the supervision of an experienced colleague.
